FREE USE You may, free of charge, worldwide and for any purpose, including commercial projects and work for clients: a) use, display, print and reproduce the symbol exactly as supplied, in websites, applications, interfaces, documents, designs, signage, packaging and presentations; b) install and embed the “MAD Symbol” font in websites, apps and documents; c) resize the symbol and set it in a single solid colour, following the usage rules published at madsymbol.com. 2. CONDITIONS a) Credit the author where reasonably possible (credits, about page, documentation or source code): “Dirham symbol: El Mehdi Laaroussi (madsymbol.com)”. b) Follow the published usage rules (clear space, minimum size, no distortion). c) Keep this license with any copy of the files you redistribute unmodified. 3. NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT THE AUTHOR’S PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION a) Modifying, redrawing, tracing or re-designing the symbol, or creating any derivative, adapted or “inspired” version of it, in any medium, including modified fonts. b) Registering the symbol, or a confusingly similar sign, as a trademark, logo, industrial design or any other right, anywhere. c) Claiming authorship of the symbol or presenting it as your own creation. d) Selling or sublicensing the symbol or the font files themselves. e) Adopting, standardising or using the symbol as an official currency symbol by a government, a central bank, a public administration or institution, or any organisation acting on their behalf. f) Using the symbol as the logo or brand of a company, product or service. It is not an official symbol of the Moroccan dirham and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bank Al-Maghrib or any public institution. Use of the symbol does not imply any endorsement by the author. 5. NO WARRANTY The files are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. The author shall not be liable for any claim or damage arising from their use. 6. CONDITIONS a) Mentionner l’auteur lorsque c’est raisonnablement possible (crédits, page « à propos », documentation ou code source) : « Symbole du dirham : El Mehdi Laaroussi (madsymbol.com) ». b) Respecter les règles d’usage publiées (zone de protection, taille minimale, aucune déformation). c) Joindre cette licence à toute copie des fichiers redistribuée sans modification. 3. INTERDIT SANS ACCORD ÉCRIT PRÉALABLE DE L’AUTEUR a) Modifier, redessiner, décalquer ou repenser le symbole, ou en créer une version dérivée, adaptée ou « inspirée », sur tout support, y compris une police modifiée. b) Déposer le symbole, ou un signe susceptible d’être confondu avec lui, comme marque, logo, dessin et modèle ou tout autre droit, où que ce soit. c) S’attribuer la paternité du symbole ou le présenter comme sa propre création. d) Vendre ou sous-licencier le symbole ou les fichiers de la police en tant que tels. e) Adopter, normaliser ou utiliser le symbole comme symbole monétaire officiel par un gouvernement, une banque centrale, une administration ou une institution publique, ou tout organisme agissant pour leur compte. f) Utiliser le symbole comme logo ou marque d’une entreprise, d’un produit ou d’un service. Ce n’est pas un symbole officiel du dirham marocain ; il n’est ni affilié à Bank Al-Maghrib ni approuvé par elle, ni par aucune institution publique. L’utilisation du symbole n’implique aucune approbation de la part de l’auteur. 5. ABSENCE DE GARANTIE Les fichiers sont fournis « en l’état », sans garantie d’aucune sorte. L’auteur ne saurait être tenu responsable de tout dommage résultant de leur utilisation. 6.
